Terms

Terms

The rules for using CatalogImage QA, including accounts, paid access, acceptable use, and service limitations.

Effective August 14, 2026

1. The service

Browser-first software for checking product image filenames, dimensions, alt text, duplicate URLs, and catalog mapping. The service is offered as an independent software product under the CatalogImage QA name.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live. You are responsible for access to your email account, the accuracy of information you submit, and activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or security controls; upload content you do not have permission to use; distribute malware; scrape protected systems; or interfere with other users.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the requested result. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or importing them elsewhere.

5. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. When paid checkout is enabled, Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, and related payment administration.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

Recurring plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Customers can manage or cancel a subscription through the secure customer portal. A cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues through the current paid period, unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.

7. Third-party platforms

CatalogImage QA is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify. It provides workflow guidance, not a guarantee of storefront performance, accessibility compliance, or platform acceptance. You are responsible for checking current official platform policies before acting on an output.

8. Beta features and availability

Features marked preview, beta, or launch pricing may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary, and will not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. No professional advice

Outputs are informational workflow assistance. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, lending, real-estate, accessibility, or regulatory advice.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses, platform enforcement decisions, lost rankings, lost profits, or decisions made without independent review.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes

Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown above. Continued use after a material update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
