1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how CatalogImage QA handles information when you use the website, free tools, accounts, saved work, and any paid features introduced through secure checkout.

2. Information we process

• Account information, including your email address and authentication records.
• Content and settings you deliberately submit, save, or export while using the product.
• Order, customer, product, and subscription identifiers received from the payment provider.
• Basic technical and security information such as request time, browser type, IP-derived security signals, and error logs.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the product, save requested work, deliver purchases, maintain subscription access, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Product-specific processing

Uploaded CSV content is processed in the browser for the current session unless the user deliberately saves a report.

5. Service providers

We use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for authentication and application data, Google email infrastructure for essential account messages, and Creem as the Merchant of Record when paid checkout is enabled. Payment card details are collected and handled by the payment provider, not stored by this website.

6. Browser storage

The website may use local storage or essential session storage for sign-in state, cooldown protection, preferences, and unfinished work. We do not currently use non-essential advertising cookies.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information, subject to legal retention requirements. You can also use the product without an account where a free anonymous workflow is offered.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
